Welcome to our new web site! We’ve changed the format to make it easier to update and provide coverage for all levels of the Punahou Wrestling Program (Pumas, Intermediate, JV, Girls, & Varsity). Please check back often as we provide updates on the 2008 – 2009 season, as well as continue to transfer all the information we had on our old site.

Since we’re going to do our best to cover all levels, we’ll need your help. If you’re interested in writing updates or contributing photos & videos, please contact Coach Jimmy at takatsuka@punahouwrestling.org.
