Home cooked meal in Chicago

Though overnighting in Chicago was not really anyone’s idea of a good time, being in Chicago did allow us a real treat: home cooking!
Maika called the Holiona’s to let them know we were passing through town. Dana (with some help from Koa) pulled out all the stops and delivered a wonderful buffet of local food to the wrestlers. We didn’t get checked into the hotel until about 10:30p, but the Holiona’s were waiting for us with BBQ chicken, rice(!), edamame, and fresh baked desserts.
Many of the wrestlers were friends with Daniel in middle school and they all had a great time catching up.
Thank you, Koa, Dana and Daniel — we look forward to seeing you guys @ the lacrosse tournament in October!
