Congratulations to coach Jimmy Takatsuka, who was named the 2008-2009 Assistant Coach of the Year for Region 8 by the NWCA (National Wrestling Coaches Association). Region 8 consists of the following states: Hawaii, California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona. This is a well deserved award, and we can all be very proud of him and the program for this recognition.
