Week 1 Results – A good start

We began our dual meet season this past Saturday, with both boys and girls teams winning all their meets. Overall we looked solid, though poor conditioning continues to bother the coaches. We’ll definitely be stepping up the intensity at practice this week, as we prepare for St. Louis on Friday and the Open Tournaments on Saturday.
