RESULTS: ILH Dual Meet Tournament

Overcoming some early season complacency, both the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls teams wrestled well this past weekend. Boys went 5 – 0 in dual meet competition while the girls went 3 – 0.
Inclement weather forced a schedule change and the entire tournament was squeezed into a single day. Wrestling the entire league over two days is always hard; wrestling everyone in a single day was a downright grind, but our wrestlers really rose to the occasion. We looked much sharper than we have all season, but still very much in mid-season form with a lot of work ahead of us.
An unfortunate “casualty” of the schedule change was the JV competition, which was postponed and will be made up at a date to be determined. We’ll certainly let everyone know once the matches have been rescheduled.
