- PAL Objectives and Code of Conduct
- PAL Code of Ethics
- PAL Membership Application (required for all entrants)
The December tournament schedule is posted in the site calendar.
Other info:
- Wrestling shoes are required
- Headgear is not required, but recommended
- Singlets are required and will be provided by the team
